6) Student award eligibility:

I am eligible for the Robert I. Larus Prize (graduate student award)

Robert I. Larus Prize:
The graduate student presenting the paper or poster judged best by a panel of scientists will win an all-expense-paid trip to the annual AAAS meeting. Participants must be U.S. citizens and enrolled in a graduate program at a university within the region covered by the AAAS Arctic Division. The student must be the first author and present his or her own work at the AAAS Arctic Division conference.

I am eligible for the Sigma Xi Prize (undergraduate student award)

Sigma XI Prize:
The University of Alaska chapter of Sigma Xi will provide a $200 prize for the best poster presented by an undergraduate student. Students must be the first author and present their own work.
